As an independent monitor my role involves overseeing and coordinating Supplementary  Immunization Activities (SIAs) across five assigned union councils. My responsibilities include attending morning team deployments, evaluate the logistical aspects of campaign such as the distribution of vaccines, cold chain management, and the overall efficiency of the supply chain.observe microplans, monitoring polio mobile teams conducting household cluster to ensure the effectiveness of the process. I actively participate in UC level evening meetings with UCMO and Area incharges to enhance implementation and identify areas for improvement. Providing daily feedback reports to the provincial M&E and compiling a comprehensive 5-day summary report includes detailed information on each aspect assessed along with recommendations for improvement. showcases my commitment to evaluating and improving the polio vaccination process in the district
